Visual Art Achievement Program (VAAP)
For District IVB
The Alabama State Council on the Arts provides local and state recognition for middle and high school student achievement in the visual arts. Each year teachers in our district submit student artwork for the Visual Arts Achievement Program competition which is judged by the Art Department faculty. From here, the winners go on to the state competition in Montgomery. Due to Covid-19, this year all competitions will take place virtually.
